Some of our applicants linger about the web site and phone lines longer than other more decisive (or desperate) types. One such legacy met up with me today to view a two bedroom apartment with for-real outside living space in the form of an ornate railed balcony/terrace overlooking Hampstead Heath. Will an offer ensue? Who knows, but at least a favourable impression was made. It's good to put a chink in the cliche of estate agent as purveyor of misleading information!
